Living in Coral Springs

A planned city with tree-lined streets

Coral Springs is a planned city in northwest Broward, laid out in the 1960s and 70s, with landscaped streets, parks and mostly single-family homes.

City parks and the Sawgrass Nature Center are part of daily routines for many walkers and cyclists, and Coral Square Mall and Downtown Coral Springs cover shopping. The Sawgrass Expressway connects to I-95 and I-75.

Good to know: The city has its own appearance rules for homes and landscaping. Check for open code cases or permits on the property before you buy.

What this page covers: Numbers and listings cover homes with a Coral Springs address in the MLS.
