Living in Miramar

Established neighborhoods and newer communities

Miramar runs east to west across south Broward, with established neighborhoods in the east and newer planned communities toward the west.

Miramar Regional Park is busy with sports leagues and walkers, and the Miramar Cultural Center hosts performances near the Town Center. I-75, the Turnpike and I-95 are all nearby.

Good to know: Western neighborhoods often have HOA fees, and some have a community development district (CDD), a special district that pays for roads, drainage and amenities and bills owners through the property tax bill. Ask for both.

What this page covers: Numbers and listings cover homes with a Miramar address in the MLS.
