Living in Coconut Grove

Miami's oldest neighborhood, on the bay

Coconut Grove sits on Biscayne Bay just south of Brickell. Its streets wind under a thick tree canopy, with older bungalows and estates next to newer townhomes and bayfront condos.

Cafés and shops cluster around CocoWalk and the Center Grove, and Dinner Key's marinas and sailing clubs put the bay within reach for an afternoon on the water. Vizcaya Museum and Gardens and The Barnacle Historic State Park are nearby.

Good to know: Check the property's flood designation, elevation and insurance options early in your search.

What this page covers: Coconut Grove is a neighborhood of the City of Miami. Listings are limited to its outline; sales numbers use the area around it, so they are approximate.
